You send us photos and measurements. Fill out client profile questions and we talk style and colors. EDR Interiors will research and specify furniture from retail stores, and online sources. We will send you one furniture package with estimated costs, one space plan, and one photoshop design board.
Full Scale Design - Residential and Commercial Offices
We start with a consultation, measure the space and develop a design concept. We research and shop furniture options, and any other finishes and materials needed throughout your space. Our presentation includes a space plan, elevations of the area, design boards and samples of material and finishes. EDR Interiors oversees installation and provides project management within the scope of the design. We see the project through from concept to completion.
STAGING SERVICES
For clients interested in selling their home we provide staging services. The purpose of staging is to refresh and update the seller's home for the maximum profit while enticing the potential buyer to see themselves living there
Staging Consultation: 2 hrs
We come to your space and suggest areas where finishes need to be updated, add color schemes, and suggest possible furniture rentals or furniture layout of existing furniture. You are welcome to take as many notes as you would like.
Full Staging Services
All projects require a consultation first to evaluate the home. The difference between staging vacant homes and occupied homes is that if the occupant's furniture is applicable it can be used and staged. For vacant homes furniture rentals are needed. For both it is possible hard finishes would need to be updated along with paint, and fixtures throughout the home.
